1- Code of Conduct: Added missing code of conduct in accordance with standard practice at other repositories.
All repositories traditionally adopt a code of conduct from https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/1/code_of_conduct.html while giving attribution. Example:

This addition is necessary in order to allow people to report and deal with infractions objectively and in accordance with a publicly shared standard.
