Pull request status should show on Connection in Rally

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a release coordinator, I want to be able to see if there are any outstanding Pull Requests for a card, so that I may know if that card is ready to be released.

Describe the solution you'd like
The Connection showing in Rally for a Pull Request should have a field for status, that shows whether a pull request is open, merged, or closed. Ideally it would also show other pull request statuses made available by GitHub (such as "review required", "conflicting", or "failing checks").
