Error code 4 making YouTube unusable. Workaround?

Can’t play YT vids unless i turn off userscript extension in safari; could the developer solve this problem?

Please describe the OS, Safari, Extension version you are using, and the scripts you installed.

If you have not installed and enabled any related scripts, it is most likely a issue with Safari upstream.

I don't see any reason why this extension would affect the functioning of the website.

My bad; I use ipad air (4th gen) with the latest version of ios and extension [v.1.8.2.(105)]
I’ve turned on the extension for couple of months (current directory: userscripts app documents)
but since last week i found youtube running without error 4 only when i turned off this userscript
I haven’t touched any coding or app setting; so weird that turning it on and off makes the difference

Which user scripts have you installed?

Do you mean turned off a certain user script or turned off the entire extension?

Could you provide a screen recording of your full operation?
