Hi everyone, I’m seeking some guidance or help from the GitHub staff regarding a pending billing issue.
I submitted a refund request for an unused Copilot subscription 14 days ago (Ticket #3944547). Despite providing all necessary details, I haven’t received a single update or response from the support team in two weeks.
Background:
The Issue: I requested a refund for a Copilot subscription that remained unused.
Ticket ID: #3944547
Status: Opened 2 weeks ago, currently has 4 comments (including my own follow-ups), but no official reply.
Environment: As a developer relying on GitHub tools, clear communication on billing is crucial for my budget planning.
I understand the support team might be busy, but two weeks without any acknowledgment for a financial matter is quite concerning.
Could a GitHub Moderator or Staff member please look into the status of this ticket? I would appreciate any help to get this resolved.
